Re: Portrait of Jesus at Bridgeport High School

PLEASE SUPPORT LEAVING THIS PICTURE IN PLACE AT BRIDGEPORT HIGH SCHOOL.

The Harrison County School Board voted 3-2 on Thursday, 8/3/2006, to give an outside group until August 15, 2006 to raise $150,000.00 to cover initial legal fees to defeat the suit brought against our School Board that demands removal of this picture. The Christian Freedom Fund was established on Friday, 8/4/2006, and is attempting to raise the $150,000.00.

This case is not just about Bridgeport High School, the Harrison County School Board, or the portrait of Jesus. It is about our responsibilities as Christians. So far, we haven't done a very good job, that's why there is no longer prayer in school and why other communities have suffered defeat in defending similar issues.
